The property is one of a kind. It is a historical classic in the Amana Colonies, Iowa, built in 1872. A very large well kept building with apartments and 6000 sq ft retail space. Additionally the property also had a 1993 structure which houses a winery. The buyer would have to want all this to make it work. Very few around in this climate. Gunther had to be patient and diligent looking for the right buyer which he did and was successful in the end.
