The property is one of a kind.
It is a historical classic in the Amana Colonies, Iowa, built in 1872. A very large well kept building with apartments and 6000 sq ft retail space. Additionally the property also had a 1993 structure which houses a winery. The buyer would have to want all this to make it work. Very few around in this climate. Gunther had to be patient and diligent looking for the right buyer which he did and was successful in the end.
Gunther is very organized and always on top of things.
If we had a question on anything, he was quick to respond. He worked it into his schedule to work with my brother and I, to make it easier for us. I would highly recommend him as a realtor.
